At SparkleRide Car Wash, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution. We offer a full refund for any service that does not meet our quality standards, provided that the issue is raised within 24 hours of service completion. For any services that have not been performed to your expectations, we will either offer a free rewash or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you have any further concerns or questions, our customer service team is available to assist and ensure your satisfaction.
